Overview
All sales of digital products (such as eBooks, downloadable files, or software) are final. Since these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in specific cases described below.
Eligibility for Refunds
We may issue a refund only under the following conditions:
The eBook file is corrupted or unreadable, and attempts to redownload fail.
You were charged more than once for the same order.
You received a different product than the one you purchased.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase with:
Your Order ID
A description of the issue
A screenshot or proof of the problem
Send all refund requests to shop@affinitytrends.co.ke.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:
Accidental purchases
Change of mind
Failure to download the product due to technical issues on your device or internet connection
Downloaded or partially downloaded products
Sale or promotional items
Processing Your Refund
If your refund request is approved:
A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, kindly:
Check your bank or mobile money account again.
Contact your card provider or bank.

Gifts and Free Products
Free products and gifted items are non-refundable.
